07/17 SAPA Strategic Planning Survey

The SAPA Executive Board will meet this upcoming weekend to create our strategic plan for future initiatives in the circuit. We would like to have your feedback to help guide our discussions. Please fill out the following survey to provide feedback. The survey should take approximately 5 minutes to complete and is open to anyone within our circuit - directors, staff, performers, and fans.
