And along with Championships, comes information about our 2025 Spring Meeting!!

We are so excited to continue our growth from 2025 into planning for our 2026 season! We are pleased to invite you to our annual spring meeting on Sunday, May 18th, location TBD. At this meeting, we vote on board members, policy and discuss new business. It is such an informative meeting for unit directors to attend. There will be a online meeting sent out to participate, but we highly encourage you to come.

Proxies: If you can not attend the meeting, you are allowed to designate a proxy in your unit's place. Your proxy must fill out the form below. A unit director can only be the proxy for ONE other unit, even if they are the director of multiple units. For example, if I am the director of Susie Jones High School and FFF Independent, I can only be the proxy for Bob High School. Proxies are due the Friday before the meeting, Friday May 16th, at 11:59pm.

Proposals: We want to hear your feedback and potential proposals for 2026! Please fill out the form below to introduce a proposal to change the bylaws, update an existing policy or introduce a new policy to the policy manual, or to bring up a topic for new business or discussion. All potential proposals need to be submitted by Sunday, May 4th at 11:59pm in order to allow the membership to review them before our meeting.
