SAPA offers an optional review process for unit members who would like educational feedback on props, set pieces, or equipment modifications prior to competition. This process is designed to support safety, clarity, and informed decision-making — not to replace contest adjudication or enforce penalties.

- Reviews are conducted by knowledgeable SAPA personnel.
- Please allow reasonable response time, especially during peak season.
- Clear photos, sketches, or videos help us provide better feedback.
- Final responsibility for design and use remains with the unit.
