01/10 SAPA Fax Number

A new fax number has been set up for SAPA. Please open the news item for the complete email sent out on Tuesday, January 10th.

Good news!!  After many inquiries about faxing in registration forms, I have now set up a fax account for SAPA use.  It is a secure fax line that goes to a designated email account.  To make sure we are able to keep this service available for you, I do need to ask that you follow a few guidelines:

*  Please do NOT use a cover sheet.  We have a set number of pages we can receive each month, and since this is going to an email inbox, there is no need for a cover sheet.

*  Please DO make sure the name of your unit is printed clearly on the pages in your fax.

*  Please only send your fax ONE TIME.  When I receive it, it will be updated on your user account by midnight that day. 

The fax number to use is 404-475-2017.

Remember, we must RECEIVE your forms by this Friday, January 13th. You can now mail, email or fax them to us.  Please make sure to take care of this on time to avoid problems for your group.
