01/09 SAPA Forms Deadline THIS FRIDAY

An email was sent to all directors tonight regarding the forms deadline of Friday, January 13th. Please open the news item to read the entire email.

One more reminder....the deadline for all forms is this Friday, January 13th.  This is a RECEIVED BY deadline, NOT a postmark deadline.

You may scan and email your forms to me at [email protected] or [email protected].  Please make sure to put SAPA in the subject line.

You may mail your forms to the circuit address below.  DO NOT use the old address, as we are no longer receiving forwarded mail from that address.  The staff at the postal center we use can sign for our mail to prevent delays, and I have 24 hour access to the mailbox.  I will check it after the mail is delivered on Friday the 13th and all mail received after that time will be late.

I am updating the website every day as mail is received, so please make sure you are checking your unit's status.  If we have received it, it will show accurately on the website.  If you have a question, email me at any time.  PLEASE PLAN AHEAD TO AVOID PROBLEMS FOR YOUR GROUPS.
