04/30 SAPA Membership Meeting - REMINDERS
***Reminders***
The 2012 SAPA Membership Meeting will be held on Sunday, May 6th at Forsyth Central High School, beginning at 12 noon. New officers will be elected and proposals for policy changes for the 2013 season will be voted on.
Proposals for policy changes for SAPA can be submitted through 10 pm on Tuesday, May 1st. Please use the link below. Please make sure that they are worded in the form of a proposal to create or change a policy for our circuit. If you have any questions or need help, email Ginger at [email protected]

If you are unable to attend the Membership Meeting on May 6th, please designate someone to vote on your behalf. The UNIT DIRECTOR should send an email to Ginger at [email protected] for this to be on file at the meeting. Emails will be checked for the last time at 10 am, Sunday, May 6th, prior to the meeting.
